Darlene Hellender is an international educational leader with over 30 years of experience in K–12 school leadership. She has led institutions across the United States and Southeast Asia, most recently serving as Head of School at Abundant Life International School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, a five-campus international school.

Her expertise includes accreditation, curriculum design, and literacy program development, successfully leading dual accreditation processes with ACSI and WASC. She is recognized for her ability to strengthen academic programs, improve English and reading proficiency, and support teachers through strategic, data-driven leadership.

She is also known for her ability to build strong school cultures, lead diverse teams, and design programs that elevate student achievement.
