1. Register

As numbers are limited, places at the COC Academy will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Once the Academy is full, no more registrations will be accepted; however the organizers will run a reserve list in case of last minute cancellations.

2. Pay

Please pay your registration fee immediately, your registration is only valid after the full amount is received!

3. Invoice

You will receive an invoice immediately and only after your payment is received.

4. Visa

If you need a visa we will send you the invitation letter after your payment was received!
