Incoming Documents – Visa Process

Please check at your ministery for foreign affairs if you need any specific documents (eg. Visa) to come to Austria.
For any Visa arrangement we propose you check if it is possible to apply for a tourist visa.

If you need a visa it is important that you immediatly hand in your visa request.

Austrian Goverment Visa Information

ATTENTION!

The Deadline for starting the Visaprocess (point 1 of the list below !) is the 4. of March 2011 !

After that date we cannot guarantee that the Visaprocess can be completed in time !

Please carry out the following instruction, which are very important to receive your visa and start this process immediately!!:

1. Register and sign in for the visa process

Please register and sign in for the visa process at our register form. First read all other informations at this side! Visa registration is included in the registration of the Academy! Register here….

2. Pay your registration and transfer fee

Please pay your registration and transfer fee immediately, your registration is only valid after the full amount is received! (Dont forget the bustransfer fee if you need a transfer!) If you dont want to pay via bank transfer please send your full credit card information to director@cocacademy.org > look at the credit card information

3. Invoice

You will receive an invoice immediately after your payment is received and checked.

4. Visa

For the visa process it is very important that you are going as soon as possible to the Austrian embassy or consulate to submit a visa application, at the same time your member status will be proofed from JCI Headquarter, if we get an ok we will write an invitation letter to the Austrian ministry of foreign affairs and they will forward this to our Austrian embassy or consulate in your country, where both applications (ours and yours!) coming together and your visa should be ok and ready in some weeks.

Is your Passport valid? Please checkup with the Austrian Embassy near your home town!

In some Austrian embassys or consulates you have to use our invitation letter directly when you apply for your visa.
Please inform us which process is necessary in your case!

So keep us informed about your visa status, we wil do the same to you. If you need any information please dont wait to contact us!

In that case it should be no problem to get the visa in some weeks ;)

This rules are statutory provision from Austrian and European law and cannot be changed!

As a Reminder:

As numbers are limited, places at the COC Academy will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Once the Academy is full, no more registrations will be accepted; however the organizers will run a reserve list in case of last minute cancellations.
