Participation Fee for JCI members

Academy Fee

The costs for the academy are just as low as Euro 399 if you use our early bird offer AND PAY BEFORE!  the 1st February 2011. After that date the non-reduced fee is Euro 459.
Please take into account that we cannot cover any banking or transfer-cost, so if we receive only a reduced amount (like 394 instead of 399) we will need to charge you the difference during the academy.
The fee includes:
  • 6 days accommodation at the training location in turrach
  • food and non alcoholic beverages
  • the whole training program
  • academy handouts
  • 24 hrs service

Bus Transfer Vienna – Turrach – Vienna

If you are not able to come directly to the Turracher Höhe we can offer you a transfer shuttle (Bus – transfer) from the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce or the Vienna Airport and/or back from Turrach. We could negotiate a special discounted price for the transportation which costs only Euro 49 and should be also paid with your participation fee!

All other transfer costs to Austria are to be covered by the participant.

Early Bird Deadline – 1. February 2011 !!

Payments must be received by the COC Academy Organizers not later than the date stated as early registration deadline to be considered as early registration. After this date the full registration fee is required.

Storno Costs

If you are not able to come to the academy we will keep 40 % of the academy fee you have paid.
If you want to come in the next year we can keep the money till the next year and keep 20 % of your payment. In the next year you have to pay also the different to the next year fee.
