Deniz Senelt, ITF # 091, joined Junior Chamber International back in 1998. Being a member in New York, Vienna and Istanbul she served in many officer positions, including board memberships and as Local President. She also took Director responsibilities at the COCs of the 2002 European Conference and the 2007 World Congress. Deniz is JCI Senator # 68236 and was awarded as the Most Outstanding Trainer in 2006. So far Deniz trained in 17 JCI countries and she is well known with her training titled “LeaderMind” that she delivered at several Congresses and Conferences. After being the Head Trainer of the JCI Prime Courses, she worked at the designing teams of the JCI flagship trainings JCI TRAINER and JCI DESIGNER. She is certified Head Trainer for JCI PRESENTER, JCI TRAINER and JCI DESIGNER, JCI ADMIN and JCI ACHIEVE. Deniz was twice a member of the JCI European Academy’s Trainer Team. Having been a participant of the JCI COC Academy in 2007, she became there also a trainer in 2008 and its Head Trainer in 2009. In her daily business life Deniz Senelt has been the training manager of the well-known fashion retail company, Vakko, and recently she broke new grounds and took the way JCI shows by becoming an entrepreneur and running her own training, coaching and consultancy company, ProAkademi (www.proakademi.com.tr). She is a returning speaker and panelist at the Annual Conference of the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and a frequent author of the HR Magazine and also published at Toastmaster Magazine and Personal Excellence Magazine.Besides all that Deniz is also doing her masters studies in Cognitive Psychology at the prestigious Bosphorus University.She is specialized in public speaking, communication, presentation techniques, customer relations, sales management, teambuilding, goal setting and coaching trainings. Richard Tan, ITF #110, joined Junior Chamber International MANILA (Philippines) – Asia’s First Chapter and Seven Times (1963, 1966, 1967, 1977, 1982, 1983, 1994) Most Outstanding Local Organization in the World – in 2001.Richard served his Local and National Organizations in various capacities, such as being a director for national relations and vice-president for internal affairs of JCI MANILA, secretary general of Metropolitan Manila Area and national presidential adviser on trainings for JCI Philippines. Richard was awarded as the Most Outstanding Member of the Metropolitan Manila Area in 2006 and Most Outstanding Trainer (Merit) of JCI Philippines in 2007. He was appointed during the 2006 JCI World Congress in Seoul to be the 2007 JCI Training Coordinator For Asia-Pacific. Richard has attended 6 JCI Asia-Pacific Conferences and 2 JCI World Congress. Richard is a Certified Head Trainer for JCI Presenter, JCI Trainer, JCI Designer, JCI Admin, JCI Achieve and JCI Head Trainer. He has trained in 7 countries and has already served as the Head Trainer or Assistant Trainer in 42 JCI Official Courses.Richard has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and a Diploma in Public Management and Bachelor degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines. Justina has been a member of JCI Sostine since 2007.
In JCI Sostine, the biggest chapter in JCI Lithuania, Justina has been Vice President responsible for Training in 2008 and Local President in 2009. In 2009, during Justina‘s year as president JCI Sostine received 100 Percent Efficiency award and Best Local President award. Other awards include best new member in 2007, best member in 2008 in JCI Lithuania.In 2010 Justina is Vice President for Training in JCI Lithuania, responsible for JCI Certified Trainings, development of young JCI Trainers and trainings for local officers in JCI Lithuania.
Justina is JCI Trainer since June 2009 and JCI Certified Local Trainer since October 2009. After participating in JCI European Academy in 2008, in 2009 Justina was an outdoor trainer for the Academy in Gotherburg, Sweden. In Lithuania, Justina has conducted trainings for JCI local and national events as well as at the national AIESEC conference. In 2009 Justina was assisting Deniz Senelt in JCI Sostine 2 days Team Building training. Her best topics are team building, networking, balance in life and time management.
In her professional career, Justina is working at DnB NORD bank in Vilnius, Lithuania, currently managing a local branch office. Justina has a master degree in economics. Justina lives by her motto – learn something new every day!
